my uncle was hospitalised on wednesday becos his lung got problem... the news spread faster than a cheetah sia, tt day i just came back from running then my sister tell me... n my father was like on the phone liao duno spread the news to more ppl or get more info from ppl... really scary leh, if i tell my mother i got gf then the next 10 minutes i will be receiving a lot of phone calls liao ar?
one of his lungs got hole then he cannot breathe properly n the lung deflated becos lao hong... reminder to all smokers... go n smoke some more la, and get ur lungs punctured... i dun wan to see any of my smoker frens dying in hospital man... u wan to die go n die peacefully... dun die becos of some stupid illness which can be prevented one... live longer better mah, who says no good... u live long u get to see more porn mah... never use ur brains 1 issit...
i think almost everyone of my relatives all go n visit him liao... only i haben go yet... actually i am not that interested in going la... unless my mother dragged me down then i go loh... otherwise i rather stay at home... go there oso duno do wat... duno how to talk only know how to look... somemore his condition now he cannot speak clearly enough becos bo hong... down there oso no nurse to see... advertisment show nice young nurses all fake ppl 1 la... all models from duno wat agency 1... then the nurses all aunties wait i go there, they cannot focus on taking care of my uncle properly how... i will be blamed loh... and i hate the smell of the hospital... every part of it u can smell the aroma of death...

why is it that everytime i run, the uncles will always overtake me like i am non-existant... whats the use of having a good body if u cant even be a good runner... so damn pathetic... i tried to run 20 rounds but i always failed... the most i have only done 16 and 15 on 2 occasions... i tried all sorts of methods to improve but i still cant find the solution... my calves has already grown quite a lot liao but something is still holding me back leh... i think i got supermodel thighs... slim n nice but no muscles... when ur lower leg is the same size as ur thigh, obviously there is something wrong somewhere... i oso duno how to train thighs except for doing leg lifts which gers are more used to it...
and its about time i get fat... today start to drink chocolate milk liao... must be like my ex supervisor last time when he drink 1 litre of milk everyday... my only complaint is why there is no strawberry milk... only original n chocolate... hopefully get to 65 by august 15th and 67 by august end...

toy wants me to take the napfa test next wednesday in his place as he reckons i have a higher percentage of passing it...
if this was a movie, i would have done the deal becos when u are taking the blame for others in movies, there will be a ger who will appreciate what u have done and then she will like u even though u are dumb enough to take the rap... but too bad this isnt a movie, so thers no boa watching from a distance at what im doing...
anyway i just hope he was joking becos if he really insist, then i think there must be something wrong with him... it could get the both of us into trouble, he for faking it, i for letting him faking it... he has been training recently so i dun see any problems for preparations... just pray for a miracle that he doesnt walk during the 2.4km can liao... he wanted me to take the test for him becos he dun wan to go in so early since his project is still on-going...
if u know me well by now, u should know nothing is for free in this world to me... if i do something for u, i expect something back from u... unless of course u are not male... lol, ya la i heavy color light fren cannot meh, my social life oreadi so pathetic liao so give chance mah... :D

when i watched snake of june, i thought the guy was joking about nuns having breast cancer becos they dun have enough sex... i did some research on it and i am pretty surprised at what i have seen...

Risks:
Early onset of menses and late menopause: Onset of the menstrual cycle prior to the age of 12 and menopause after 50 causes increased risk of developing breast cancer.
Diets high in saturated fat: The types of fat are important. Monounsaturated fats such as canola oil and olive oil do not appear to increase the risk of developing breast cancer like polyunsaturated fats; corn oil and meat.
Family history of breast cancer: Patients with a positive family history of breast cancer are at increased risk for developing the disease. However, 85% of women with breast cancer have a negative family history!
Family history only includes immediate relatives, mother, sisters and daughters. If a family member was post-menopausal (fifty or older) when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, the lifetime risk is only increased 5%. If the family member was premenopausal, the lifetime risk is 18.6%. If the family member was premenopausal and had bilateral breast cancer, the lifetime risk is 50%.
Women with a significantly positive family history of premenopausal breast cancer should begin screening mammography a decade sooner than their family member was diagnosed. BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 gene testing can identify those patients at increased risk, genetically, for developing not only breast cancer but also a variety of epithelial tumors including ovarian and colon cancer.
At this time genetic testing is investigational. If a woman is determined to have these genetic markers, should we recommend bilateral mastectomy and oophorectomy? Further, if her insurance company knows that she has these genetic markers of increased risk, she may loose her insurance coverage. If a woman decides to proceed with genetic testing, we recommend that this test be paid for by the individual to keep the results confidential.
Late or no pregnancies: Pregnancies prior to the age of twenty-six are somewhat protective. Nuns have a higher incidence of breast cancer.
Moderate alcohol intake: Greater than two alcoholic beverages per day.
Estrogen replacement therapy: Most studies indicate that taking estrogen longer than ten years may lead to a slight increase in risk for developing breast cancer. However, these studies indicate that the positive benefits of taking estrogen as far as reducing the risk for osteoporosis, heart disease and now more recently Alzheimer's and colon cancer, far outweigh the slight increase in risk that may be associated with estrogen replacement therapy.
Caution should be exercised in those women with a significantly positive family history of breast cancer or atypical intraductal hyperplasia. Women with breast cancer are not currently give estrogen replacement. There are no scientific studies currently justifying this practice. However, until those studies are available, by convention, women are taken off estrogen.
History of prior breast cancer: Patients with a prior history of breast cancer are at increased risk for developing breast cancer in the other breast. This risk is 1% per year or a lifetime risk of 10%. The reason for close clinical follow-up after the diagnosis of breast cancer is not only to detect recurrence of the disease, but also to detect breast cancer in the opposite breast.
Female: The mere fact that being female increases the risk of developing breast cancer. However, for every 100 women with breast cancer, 1 male will develop the disease.
Therapeutic irradiation to chest wall i.e., for Hodgkins Disease (cancer of lymph nodes): Patients who have had therapeutic irradiation to the chest are at increased risk for developing breast cancer approximately 10 years later and consideration should be given to earlier screening in this population.
Moderate obesity: The relationship of breast cancer to obesity is more complex but associated with an increased risk.
yes, its a fact that nuns are at higher risk of getting breast cancer even though most doctors dun believe it is becos they are not sexually enough... and this is wat i found from another site...

i have given up predicting the weather over the past few days... and becos of that my swimming schedule has been disrupted... i dun like to swim when theres no sun becos the water will be too cold liao... and i prefer to swim when i can see my shadow moving... its a psycological effect la, whenever i see my shadow moving i will always think i am going at a faster speed compared to no shadows...
the last time i went to the swimming pool was on tuesday... and i stayed there for like three n a half hours... i didnt swim so long la, just do my usual then go jacuzzi with the aunties then find one place gd enuf to get sun... cck pool got 1 place where u can lie down without feeling hot at all... and i spent quite a long time looking up observing the clouds...
the clouds all move so fast in the skies... no wonder they say cartoons always bluff ppl, if they never bluff, then the care bears confirm cannot land on the clouds properly, sure pua toh to the ground with a loud thud... care bears all so fat n clumsy, and only know how to show off their big beer bellies, thrusting it forward like gers show off their boobs... heavens know how they defy the law of gravity... even a feather oso will fall to the ground...

at some points of ur life u have some visions, and then some time later or immediately that vision is happening right in front of ur eyes... then u go "eh, how come it is so familiar"... the surroundings, the ppl, even the dialogue is identical to have u have seen previously... that is call clairvoyance...
sometimes weird things do happen, and i tink everyone has experienced it at least once in ur lifetime... the funny thing is u duno when is it going to happen, and when it is happening, u dun realised it until everything is over... then u start to feel very weird then tink where have i seen it before... even when u have those visions, u dun know it is visions, becos it is like in real time and doesnt look like the future at all...
isnt it good to have visions of having test exams so that u know the questions... then can prepare beforehand and ace it like those damn smart ass nerds... but that is not going to happen since wat u see is going to be wat u get... so u will end up doing the same thing in the visions whether u like it or not...
actually ppl living in the stone ages oreadi have these funny visions liao... most religions say they have visions of this, visions of that... and they have facts of the incidents happening throughout the centuries as proof... then lure ppl join their religion becos their god will guide them the duno wat path...
so what if u join them, u tink really got a path that u walk liao can protect u meh... when the event has been set, there is nothing u can do to prevent it... not like those natural disaster which can be predicted and measures taken to avoid huge losses... everything is decided right from the start one... if u dun believe, then why got so many ppl follow horoscopes...

sometimes i wonder when gers make noises while having sex, do they really feel pleasure or pain... or maybe they are practising for singapore idol... if its really pleasure, then i guess they love to give birth every now and then... nothing can be as big as a baby's head i think... but tv shows always depict the pregnant women giving birth like xena like that... their veins popping out, the head so red, like lifting some heavy weight at the gym leh... i thought it was supposed to be pain and not the "so shiok my veins are going to explode" that type...
if babies have minds of their own, it would be interesting to see the baby dun wan to come out from the mother... give them freedom mah, let them choose they wan to come out or not, dun keep pressuring the mother to push push push... i sincerely believe impatient doctors n nurses who keep urging the push push push 1 ar, is responsible for deformed babies...
it would be quite a scene if they managed to force the baby out halfway can see the head, then the baby's hands n legs like hanging on to the mother's insides... i duno womb still got wat can grab leh, next time babies should be planted near the small intestine, like that the baby can play the intestine like chains, then teach them how to tie n untie knots, tie dead knot, butterfly knot... but there is oso a high chance that the baby will get suffocated la, as long as the mother doesnt move around too much like twisting ur body here n there, wiggling the waist to seduce men, other than that the foetus should be safe la...
and its sick to know that there is something coming out of ur body, urine n faeces are okie la, since they are not living things... imagine ur shit coming alive and join with other shits to form transformers or megazoid, or urine gather its allies to form a big tsunami attack on the middle east...
horror movies always show hands or legs or heads coming out from someone else's body... thats y to have a living thing coming out from ur body is like so scary... wait suddenly ur throat feeling itchy is not becos u got cough or wat but becos the baby is tickling ur throat...

toy has been talking about swimming the past few days... its a known fact that he dun go swimming too often... yet he has been asking me wat days i go swimming... say wat want to train stamina for the napfa test... but actually swimming doesnt improve much stamina... at least to me like no effect la, u can swim a lot no problem... but swimming n running is like completely 2 different things...
later i learned that he just wan to go show off his body... keep saying his nei nei big and stuff...
i dun tink any ger can compare to his... his chest looks quite big from the side view... my 1 c from side view like so bloody flat... then no nd wear push up bra oso can have deep cleavage... lol, i am still wondering how come he still never lose weight... every day 2 meals only he can survive, i cannot... i oso sian, everything not growing liao, must do supper liao...

if u have watched japanese films...
u must have watched takeshi kitano's or takeshi miike's films...
just watched any of the 2 director's films...
and u will understand why japanese films stand out...
both of them make pretty artistic movies compared to the rest...
kitano doesnt stick to any genre, he is gd at experimenting...
he has tried violence, slow romance, action comedy...
he doesnt have too many movies to direct becos of his busy schedule...
such a multi-tasker, a surprising thing is he can oso act...
he was the teacher in battle royale, he was zatoichi...
he appeared in so many movies that his face is well recognized...
wat i cant wait is his performance in the upcoming Izo...
directed by takeshi miike himself, which looks a sure hit...

i got sonatine, kikujiro, and dolls but all haben watched...
miike is one sick guy, he directs an average of 7 movies a year...

korea is famous for its romantic comedies, war between 2 koreas...
they oso did horror films which singapore likes to screen...
though they tried hard to be as scary as their japanese counterparts...
i still think japanese are really gd at scaring ppl with ring n ju-on...
honestly i can say there is no more horror film that scares me anymore...
the ring is the mother of horror films loh...

alot has been going on about downloading n uploading...
u know its okay to download but its not okay to upload...
and so many authorities from around the world are watching...
not that i am too bothered about it...
i seldom use p2p programs like klite anymore...
experimented with emule n shareaza and duno how it works...
u know the best thing they have ever created was napster...
it died becos everyone is going after napster...
but soon something call audiogalaxy came and conquered...
cant find any song? go audiogalaxy confirm can get wat u wan...
yet good things dun last and it also started to become lame...
years have gone by without any program that truly stands out...
then some clever person modify kazaa to give us klite...
klite is actually good, for videos and stuff but not music...
most of the music u get there is corrupted and screwed...
meaning repeated chorus, warped singing, music jammed...
then the authorities again extra come and disturb ppl...
end up the network so few ppl liao, and no one dare to use...
also duno y ppl so scared to use, leechers like me no problem...
say wat they have heard of friends receiving warning letters...
actually if u download only, theres no way to get letters...
only those uploading will be the ones affected...
quite a pretty smart move la instead of going after downloaders...
because they are getting to the root of the problem...
as long as ppl dun upload, theres no way ppl can dl...
if they catch ppl dl, there will still be ppl uploading...
and catching ppl who dl will be neverending...
and becos klite the network suddenly so little users...
someone introduced me to the bittorrent client...
at first i dun use so much 1, i still prefer klite...
but i cant live without bittorrent now...
my source of movies all come from there liao...
most go to suprnova to find torrents...
but most torrent sites are kinda forum-based...
u must register as their user then can use...
an even more crazy thing is u must maintain a gd ratio...
meaning how much u dl n upload they will keep track 1...
if u upload not enough, they wun let u dl the torrents...
which is pretty unusual to me la...
since i always prefer a no upload option...
but bittorrent dun have that option...
so i bo bian have to set to minimum upload...
some sites veri crazy 1 leh, ratio must be min. 1:1...
for me is like near impossible to reach tt ratio...
my download speed is more than 10 times my upload speed...
and it sounds pretty stupid to cap my download speed...
just to accomodate my slow upload speed...
imagine u have a ferrari and u are driving at 40km/h constantly...
this is called inefficient use of ur potential maximum capacity...
to deliberately slow down my download speed is a waste of time...
thats why i really hate these type of forum torrents...

what is wrong with these ppl, all so selfish one...

i think it does more harm than good leh...
by blocking out potential "leechers", u stand to lose...
becos the torrents have to be kept alive by a few elite only...

at least if u give free torrents, the seeds n leeches are still there...

meaning u swim the shorter distance from side to side... so u must always give way when u see someone swimming length-wise getting close to u... dun expect ppl to give way to u okie, sometimes i do let them pass, but see if they got the chen yi or not... if dun have usually i hit them with my leg... i have hit ppl at almost every part of their body... legs, hands, head, neck... not those soft soft brush against ur face like caressing like that, its those normal kicks while swimming... i dun care about them 1 la, hit liao then orbi good...
- dun stand down there bio gers or act cute
u wan to bio or rest then go to the sides where there is no one... dun idiot stand down there block ppl swimming...
- use the shower b4 u jump to a pool
even though i knoe the pool is oreadi as dirty as it is liao, there is no need to make it worse... u wan u can leave ur saliva, phelgm, urine at the pool... as long as ppl dun see can liao... dun shit or vomit becos ppl sure know who did it...

Ju-on 2 : The Curse sorry ar, i used the wrong poster, this poster is supposed to be ju-on 2 : the grudge, and not the curse, but i cannot find that poster becos the show not enough nice gers around... no megumi okina, no misaki ito... onli got takako fuji (she is the kayako tt ghost)... anyway i have problems figuring out the 4 ju-on movies... the titles very confusing, becos its not ju-on 1, 2, 3, 4... then duno which is sequel which is prequel... but then again, u can watch it in any order u like, becos everything is not related except for the house, kayako, and toshio, the rest of the cast are just there to die only... i like the way they present the characters and their deaths... lol, name and scene and death, nice and simple... with the exception of rika in ju-on the grudge where she didnt die in her scene, she died in somebody else's scene... but the real star is really takako fuji, she moves like a tortoise yet is stronger than one, becos she onli uses her arms to move around and not her legs, stair-climbing is her forte and her bones are made of rickety wood like that, everytime she moves always got the eek eeek eek sound... she is gd at contorting her body too... and she looks kinda sexy in her costume... :D 89.4GB remaining...

my uncle was hospitalised on wednesday becos his lung got problem... the news spread faster than a cheetah sia, tt day i just came back from running then my sister tell me... n my father was like on the phone liao duno spread the news to more ppl or get more info from ppl... really scary leh, if i tell my mother i got gf then the next 10 minutes i will be receiving a lot of phone calls liao ar?
one of his lungs got hole then he cannot breathe properly n the lung deflated becos lao hong... reminder to all smokers... go n smoke some more la, and get ur lungs punctured... i dun wan to see any of my smoker frens dying in hospital man... u wan to die go n die peacefully... dun die becos of some stupid illness which can be prevented one... live longer better mah, who says no good... u live long u get to see more porn mah... never use ur brains 1 issit...
i think almost everyone of my relatives all go n visit him liao... only i haben go yet... actually i am not that interested in going la... unless my mother dragged me down then i go loh... otherwise i rather stay at home... go there oso duno do wat... duno how to talk only know how to look... somemore his condition now he cannot speak clearly enough becos bo hong... down there oso no nurse to see... advertisment show nice young nurses all fake ppl 1 la... all models from duno wat agency 1... then the nurses all aunties wait i go there, they cannot focus on taking care of my uncle properly how... i will be blamed loh... and i hate the smell of the hospital... every part of it u can smell the aroma of death...

why is it that everytime i run, the uncles will always overtake me like i am non-existant... whats the use of having a good body if u cant even be a good runner... so damn pathetic... i tried to run 20 rounds but i always failed... the most i have only done 16 and 15 on 2 occasions... i tried all sorts of methods to improve but i still cant find the solution... my calves has already grown quite a lot liao but something is still holding me back leh... i think i got supermodel thighs... slim n nice but no muscles... when ur lower leg is the same size as ur thigh, obviously there is something wrong somewhere... i oso duno how to train thighs except for doing leg lifts which gers are more used to it...
and its about time i get fat... today start to drink chocolate milk liao... must be like my ex supervisor last time when he drink 1 litre of milk everyday... my only complaint is why there is no strawberry milk... only original n chocolate... hopefully get to 65 by august 15th and 67 by august end...

when i watched snake of june, i thought the guy was joking about nuns having breast cancer becos they dun have enough sex... i did some research on it and i am pretty surprised at what i have seen...

Risks:
Early onset of menses and late menopause: Onset of the menstrual cycle prior to the age of 12 and menopause after 50 causes increased risk of developing breast cancer.
Diets high in saturated fat: The types of fat are important. Monounsaturated fats such as canola oil and olive oil do not appear to increase the risk of developing breast cancer like polyunsaturated fats; corn oil and meat.
Family history of breast cancer: Patients with a positive family history of breast cancer are at increased risk for developing the disease. However, 85% of women with breast cancer have a negative family history!
Family history only includes immediate relatives, mother, sisters and daughters. If a family member was post-menopausal (fifty or older) when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, the lifetime risk is only increased 5%. If the family member was premenopausal, the lifetime risk is 18.6%. If the family member was premenopausal and had bilateral breast cancer, the lifetime risk is 50%.
Women with a significantly positive family history of premenopausal breast cancer should begin screening mammography a decade sooner than their family member was diagnosed. BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 gene testing can identify those patients at increased risk, genetically, for developing not only breast cancer but also a variety of epithelial tumors including ovarian and colon cancer.
At this time genetic testing is investigational. If a woman is determined to have these genetic markers, should we recommend bilateral mastectomy and oophorectomy? Further, if her insurance company knows that she has these genetic markers of increased risk, she may loose her insurance coverage. If a woman decides to proceed with genetic testing, we recommend that this test be paid for by the individual to keep the results confidential.
Late or no pregnancies: Pregnancies prior to the age of twenty-six are somewhat protective. Nuns have a higher incidence of breast cancer.
Moderate alcohol intake: Greater than two alcoholic beverages per day.
Estrogen replacement therapy: Most studies indicate that taking estrogen longer than ten years may lead to a slight increase in risk for developing breast cancer. However, these studies indicate that the positive benefits of taking estrogen as far as reducing the risk for osteoporosis, heart disease and now more recently Alzheimer's and colon cancer, far outweigh the slight increase in risk that may be associated with estrogen replacement therapy.
Caution should be exercised in those women with a significantly positive family history of breast cancer or atypical intraductal hyperplasia. Women with breast cancer are not currently give estrogen replacement. There are no scientific studies currently justifying this practice. However, until those studies are available, by convention, women are taken off estrogen.
History of prior breast cancer: Patients with a prior history of breast cancer are at increased risk for developing breast cancer in the other breast. This risk is 1% per year or a lifetime risk of 10%. The reason for close clinical follow-up after the diagnosis of breast cancer is not only to detect recurrence of the disease, but also to detect breast cancer in the opposite breast.
Female: The mere fact that being female increases the risk of developing breast cancer. However, for every 100 women with breast cancer, 1 male will develop the disease.
Therapeutic irradiation to chest wall i.e., for Hodgkins Disease (cancer of lymph nodes): Patients who have had therapeutic irradiation to the chest are at increased risk for developing breast cancer approximately 10 years later and consideration should be given to earlier screening in this population.
Moderate obesity: The relationship of breast cancer to obesity is more complex but associated with an increased risk.

i have given up predicting the weather over the past few days... and becos of that my swimming schedule has been disrupted... i dun like to swim when theres no sun becos the water will be too cold liao... and i prefer to swim when i can see my shadow moving... its a psycological effect la, whenever i see my shadow moving i will always think i am going at a faster speed compared to no shadows...
the last time i went to the swimming pool was on tuesday... and i stayed there for like three n a half hours... i didnt swim so long la, just do my usual then go jacuzzi with the aunties then find one place gd enuf to get sun... cck pool got 1 place where u can lie down without feeling hot at all... and i spent quite a long time looking up observing the clouds...
the clouds all move so fast in the skies... no wonder they say cartoons always bluff ppl, if they never bluff, then the care bears confirm cannot land on the clouds properly, sure pua toh to the ground with a loud thud... care bears all so fat n clumsy, and only know how to show off their big beer bellies, thrusting it forward like gers show off their boobs... heavens know how they defy the law of gravity... even a feather oso will fall to the ground...

sometimes weird things do happen, and i tink everyone has experienced it at least once in ur lifetime... the funny thing is u duno when is it going to happen, and when it is happening, u dun realised it until everything is over... then u start to feel very weird then tink where have i seen it before... even when u have those visions, u dun know it is visions, becos it is like in real time and doesnt look like the future at all...
isnt it good to have visions of having test exams so that u know the questions... then can prepare beforehand and ace it like those damn smart ass nerds... but that is not going to happen since wat u see is going to be wat u get... so u will end up doing the same thing in the visions whether u like it or not...
actually ppl living in the stone ages oreadi have these funny visions liao... most religions say they have visions of this, visions of that... and they have facts of the incidents happening throughout the centuries as proof... then lure ppl join their religion becos their god will guide them the duno wat path...

sometimes i wonder when gers make noises while having sex, do they really feel pleasure or pain... or maybe they are practising for singapore idol... if its really pleasure, then i guess they love to give birth every now and then... nothing can be as big as a baby's head i think... but tv shows always depict the pregnant women giving birth like xena like that... their veins popping out, the head so red, like lifting some heavy weight at the gym leh... i thought it was supposed to be pain and not the "so shiok my veins are going to explode" that type...
if babies have minds of their own, it would be interesting to see the baby dun wan to come out from the mother... give them freedom mah, let them choose they wan to come out or not, dun keep pressuring the mother to push push push... i sincerely believe impatient doctors n nurses who keep urging the push push push 1 ar, is responsible for deformed babies...
it would be quite a scene if they managed to force the baby out halfway can see the head, then the baby's hands n legs like hanging on to the mother's insides... i duno womb still got wat can grab leh, next time babies should be planted near the small intestine, like that the baby can play the intestine like chains, then teach them how to tie n untie knots, tie dead knot, butterfly knot... but there is oso a high chance that the baby will get suffocated la, as long as the mother doesnt move around too much like twisting ur body here n there, wiggling the waist to seduce men, other than that the foetus should be safe la...
and its sick to know that there is something coming out of ur body, urine n faeces are okie la, since they are not living things... imagine ur shit coming alive and join with other shits to form transformers or megazoid, or urine gather its allies to form a big tsunami attack on the middle east...

toy has been talking about swimming the past few days... its a known fact that he dun go swimming too often... yet he has been asking me wat days i go swimming... say wat want to train stamina for the napfa test... but actually swimming doesnt improve much stamina... at least to me like no effect la, u can swim a lot no problem... but swimming n running is like completely 2 different things...
later i learned that he just wan to go show off his body... keep saying his nei nei big and stuff...
i dun tink any ger can compare to his... his chest looks quite big from the side view... my 1 c from side view like so bloody flat... then no nd wear push up bra oso can have deep cleavage... lol, i am still wondering how come he still never lose weight... every day 2 meals only he can survive, i cannot... i oso sian, everything not growing liao, must do supper liao...

if u have watched japanese films...
u must have watched takeshi kitano's or takeshi miike's films...
just watched any of the 2 director's films...
and u will understand why japanese films stand out...
both of them make pretty artistic movies compared to the rest...
kitano doesnt stick to any genre, he is gd at experimenting...
he has tried violence, slow romance, action comedy...
he doesnt have too many movies to direct becos of his busy schedule...
such a multi-tasker, a surprising thing is he can oso act...
he was the teacher in battle royale, he was zatoichi...
he appeared in so many movies that his face is well recognized...
wat i cant wait is his performance in the upcoming Izo...
directed by takeshi miike himself, which looks a sure hit...
recommended film: Zatoichi
abit biased la, becos tts the only 1 of 2 kitano films i watched so far...
i got sonatine, kikujiro, and dolls but all haben watched...
miike is one sick guy, he directs an average of 7 movies a year...
and alot of his films are very gross out types meant to shock...
but all of his movies always has a deeper meaning beneath the mess...
recommended film: Ichi the Killer
another biased movie, considering thats the only movie i watched from him...
wat i like about it is it is totally different from the rest...
when u are so used to watching hollywood movies, and all the melodrama...
then suddenly u see blood being spilled like running tap like that...
ppl being beaten up until so jialat, nipples slashed, panties sniffed...
cutting own tongue, body hanging on fish hooks, piercing own ear drums...
it was pretty hard to stomach for those too used to hollywood movies...
considering all the things i mentioned is all inside 1 film only...
one cant help but feel intrigued, i was left mesmerized after the show...
i think that is what i have been missing all along...
actually i do have quite a number of miike films available...
shinjuku triad society, full metal yakuza, dead or alive, audition, visitor q, gozu...
but i dare not watched all of them in one go...
becos i will prolly become a very psychotic person liao...
back then i thought japanese onli know how to make horror shows...
i was bloody freaked out watching the ring, everyone in cinema was screaming...
after the ring, there is the kakashi (never watch), and ju-on...
but there is oso nice romance shows like love letter...
love collage is oso gd, returner is worth watching...
they have many interesting shows touching on different topics...
and they are pretty good at sexploitation if u know wat i mean...
japanese films always seem to have excellent cinematography...
or maybe becos i have been exposed to the good ones too much...
they like so pro in everything, high tech gadgets...
advanced technology, samurais resurrection, av porn industry...
no one can compare to them leh, always ahead of ppl 1...
#2 Europe (exclude UK)
Recommended film: Amelie
i could have put france actually...
becos i love amelie, yamakasi, wasabi...
not forgetting irreversible where ppl watch just to see monica kena raped...
irreversible is such a dizzy film i end up having a headache...
if u watched the ending about the water spray, u know wat i mean...
but then i thought of run lola run, taxi, a beautiful life...
europeans films always look mtv-styled...
cool cut scenes, chases here n there...

recommended film: Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels
UK music is oreadi better than the US...
and even their movies are better than the US too...
if only i can understand what they are talking...
their accent really so strong sometimes like hearing gibberish...
recommended film: A Clockwork Orange
wasnt sure if this is a US or UK film...
all i know is its based in the UK...
i am terrified of this fake eyelashes man...

they wouldnt be in the list if not for infernal affairs...
pretty surprising that hongkongers could come up with such a great film...
becos hong kong movies i only watch when there is stephen chow...
i love his dumb movies, slapstick so wat, i can laugh n laugh...
crouching tiger, hidden dragon found a gem in zhang zi yi...
hero is another movie aimmed at breaking the US market...
sammi cheng, maggie cheung, karena lam n lee xinjie shows also not bad la...
very biased, all the pretty ger shows i say good, lol...
but infernal affairs all guys, stephen chow oso guy mah... :X

korea is famous for its romantic comedies, war between 2 koreas...
they oso did horror films which singapore likes to screen...
though they tried hard to be as scary as their japanese counterparts...
i still think japanese are really gd at scaring ppl with ring n ju-on...
honestly i can say there is no more horror film that scares me anymore...
the ring is the mother of horror films loh...
Recommended : My Sassy Girl
say romantic comedy and the first one that comes to mind is sassy ger...
i think almost everyone has watched it at least once liao...
and then it spawn quite a lot of romantic comedies suddenly...
i thought too beautiful to lie (alt. title: dun believe her) was gd as well...
but strangely it never appeared on singapore screens...
other than that, romantic comedies are just plain n boring...

this luckily doesnt fall into the romantic comedy category...
more into action + a bit of comedy, plus the husband so funny...

my first korean show, it as shown on arts central tt time...
another type of show u would call artistically done...
but they have few movies of this standard...
anyway most watch korean movies for the gers...

actually i duno most of their names, but i know their faces...

hollywood movies always suck...
blockbusters always go bust...
they have such a high budget for a film...
and they always produce such shit for the public...
occasionally they do have some nice films...
but it is really really very rare...
most of the time its just to cater to the public...

watch it for the sake of edward norton...
watch it for the sake of stopping racism...
it has a pretty strong message to announce...
the reason why US is even listed is becos they churn out movies...
so many movies every year there is bound to be a gem...
not like japan, watever come out is most likely to be a gem...
actually i like US slapstick shows as well...
leslie nielsen's naked gun series i always laugh til peng...
his stupid face n expression and the funny scenes...
jim carrey's shows last time oso watched alot...

my grandmother like all women back then...
gives birth like making volleyball team like tt...
they always bear children for fun like that...
i wan a son~, then next day pop out a son...

she is blessed with the family line touch...
they have 6 children and all of them are sons...
yet their fates are all so different from each other...
my mother told me tua pek may have to sell his flat...
tua pek is the oldest son of my grandmother la...
he was declared bankrupt once for his compulsive gambling...
when he switched to being a taxi driver...
i thought things will be better for him now...
but my mother said his cab kena confiscated...

the last time i saw him was on my grandfather's bdae...

alot has been going on about downloading n uploading...
u know its okay to download but its not okay to upload...
and so many authorities from around the world are watching...
not that i am too bothered about it...
i seldom use p2p programs like klite anymore...
experimented with emule n shareaza and duno how it works...
u know the best thing they have ever created was napster...
it died becos everyone is going after napster...
but soon something call audiogalaxy came and conquered...
cant find any song? go audiogalaxy confirm can get wat u wan...
yet good things dun last and it also started to become lame...
years have gone by without any program that truly stands out...
then some clever person modify kazaa to give us klite...
klite is actually good, for videos and stuff but not music...
most of the music u get there is corrupted and screwed...
meaning repeated chorus, warped singing, music jammed...
then the authorities again extra come and disturb ppl...
end up the network so few ppl liao, and no one dare to use...
also duno y ppl so scared to use, leechers like me no problem...
say wat they have heard of friends receiving warning letters...
actually if u download only, theres no way to get letters...
only those uploading will be the ones affected...
quite a pretty smart move la instead of going after downloaders...
because they are getting to the root of the problem...
as long as ppl dun upload, theres no way ppl can dl...
if they catch ppl dl, there will still be ppl uploading...
and catching ppl who dl will be neverending...
and becos klite the network suddenly so little users...
someone introduced me to the bittorrent client...
at first i dun use so much 1, i still prefer klite...
but i cant live without bittorrent now...
my source of movies all come from there liao...
most go to suprnova to find torrents...
but most torrent sites are kinda forum-based...
u must register as their user then can use...
an even more crazy thing is u must maintain a gd ratio...
meaning how much u dl n upload they will keep track 1...
if u upload not enough, they wun let u dl the torrents...
which is pretty unusual to me la...
since i always prefer a no upload option...
but bittorrent dun have that option...
so i bo bian have to set to minimum upload...
some sites veri crazy 1 leh, ratio must be min. 1:1...
for me is like near impossible to reach tt ratio...
my download speed is more than 10 times my upload speed...
and it sounds pretty stupid to cap my download speed...
just to accomodate my slow upload speed...
imagine u have a ferrari and u are driving at 40km/h constantly...
this is called inefficient use of ur potential maximum capacity...
to deliberately slow down my download speed is a waste of time...
thats why i really hate these type of forum torrents...
yet all the asian movies i have are from forum sites...
initially from d-addicts where they dun care abt ratios 1...
then i moved on to fss after d-addicts became scared of mpaa...
thats when the unpleasantness starts to set in...
everything was fine at first, they have their strict ratio...
in wat they call a "pretty low ratio" of 0.8...
for me to reach there will take forever...
meaning uploading always n no downloading...
its was okay becos they have some free torrents...
sometimes they pity ppl like us and allow us to download...
or what u call a starter pack, u know to get things started...
then duno for wat reason, the free torrents now so little only...
most of the movies they make available now requires u to reach tt 0.8...
if u cannot reach that ratio, then u cannot go and dl the torrent...
i saw a topic which said whether the ratio should be changed...
i was so happy, i thought someone finally spoke up for us...
end up he is some eliteist who wants the ratio to be 1:1...
what is wrong with these ppl, all so selfish one...
like the rich hang out with the rich, poor cannot...
i think it does more harm than good leh...
by blocking out potential "leechers", u stand to lose...
becos the torrents have to be kept alive by a few elite only...
meaning if they stop seeding then thats it liao, sure mati...
at least if u give free torrents, the seeds n leeches are still there...
and theres a sure chance u will get the movie no matter what...
instead of requesting at forum for ppl to reseed to resume download...
reseed oso nd those elites to reseed, and the numbers quite few loh...
i thought of uploading for the entire week without downloading...
just so my very low ratio can increase so i can get the movies...
some of the movies i cant get becos of ratio are pretty gd leh...
they have silmido, the top grossing movie in korea along with taegukgi...
but i know i will never reach that ratio becos got problem 1...
sometimes u upload alot then end up they never keep track...
if they dun give u the link to dl becos they wan u to have gd ratio...
u dun realli have to get gd ratio just to do the way they wanted...
i found a way to get past the stupid ratio n get the torrent...
dun give me torrent link then fine loh, i ownself go n find...
actually it was kinda lucky la, i heng heng edit the page link...
then it really bring me to the torrent link that i cant get into...
so they can have watever ratios they like while i take the backdoor...
lol, finally can dl silmido, but too bad i missed out on blues harp...

was on my way back home from gym...
at the chinese garden mrt waiting...
then this lady is calling for me...
i thought asking for directions onli...
so i happy happy walk towards her...

he was asking me wat station i am...
i tell him chinese garden loh...
maybe i shouldnt say that, i could have lied...
who knows tt guy is some gangster or wat...
suddenly hear how come got guy voice no ger voice...
then thought i kidnap his horsie wan to threaten him...
he said his wife got off at the wrong stop...

dragonfly so lonely come my house to visit me...
didnt get to play with the slide today...
i didnt went out at all today...
observing the weather for the whole day...
and there are no signs that its a gd day to swim...
cloudy, sunny, cloudy, sunny...
whenever there are clouds, usually its a bad omen...
but the primary reason is i overslept...
secondary reason is my thighs still hurt...
so i continued with the movie frenzy...
today set record liao, see 4 movies...
the most i only see 3 a day only...
so happy to see i have more n more space...
hopefully by end july i will have 30gb spare...
then i can start playing my games liao...
but tt leaves me no time to learn flash mx...
and i still haben dl photoshop somemore...
we'll c how it goes la...
still got 2 1/2 months more...

how i wish everyday can like that...
then i no need worry about losing weight liao...
the only way my mother will cook that everyday...
is when i mop the kitchen floor for her everyday...
and wash the oily pots for her everyday...

u must know how to cry convincingly...
to bring in money for them...
u must have lucky draws...

u must have dangerous stunts...
i wonder what happens if any artiste dies from any stunts...
i am always against the idea of them doing stunts...
they are after all just actors, singers and the like...
they are not stuntmen, they are not fit enough...
if they die how, they got buy insurance or not...
but then again, they seem to do them like seasoned pros...
if it is really so easy to execute them without any mishaps...
then what for ppl list professional stuntmen as their occupation...

if u go to swimming pool without any plastic bag / zippo... u must be out of ur mind...

$2 is sufficient for entry in any SSC pools...
$5 spare cash is for ur hungry stomach...
be considerate
lets make it clear that its a public pool...
not ur mother father swimming pool...
so be a little more considerate la...
rules of the game:
- slowpokes to swim by the sides
if u are slow, go to a less crowded place, it is very troublesome to keep changing course becos ur stupid butt is so near my face i can even see u exposing yourself... and i dun like the fact that they get to kick water at my face...
- u are always in the wrong if u dun swim length-wise
meaning u swim the shorter distance from side to side... so u must always give way when u see someone swimming length-wise getting close to u... dun expect ppl to give way to u okie, sometimes i do let them pass, but see if they got the chen yi or not... if dun have usually i hit them with my leg... i have hit ppl at almost every part of their body... legs, hands, head, neck... not those soft soft brush against ur face like caressing like that, its those normal kicks while swimming... i dun care about them 1 la, hit liao then orbi good...
- dun stand down there bio gers or act cute
u wan to bio or rest then go to the sides where there is no one... dun idiot stand down there block ppl swimming...
- use the shower b4 u jump to a pool
even though i knoe the pool is oreadi as dirty as it is liao, there is no need to make it worse... u wan u can leave ur saliva, phelgm, urine at the pool... as long as ppl dun see can liao... dun shit or vomit becos ppl sure know who did it...
useful tips
soak ur goggles lens with soap overnight...
wash it on the day u go swimming...
like that u can prevent fogging liao...
check out the clouds to predict the weather...
like tt u know wat to bring n wat not to bring...
take note of the pool's schedule...
extremely important to everyone...
u dun wan to swim when there's swimming lessons going on loh...
tt day i go huh, lucky i swim finish liao...
then i saw the sec sch kids coming for lessons...
like over 80+ students like that?
cramp inside the pool, like sea like tt..
they create the waves so big sia...
surprisingly none of the sch gers wore bikinis...
i thought ppl nowadays so young oreadi know so much le...
quite heartening to see they still know abit about modesty...
not tt i dun like ppl to wear lesser n lesser...
just tt they mature enough to handle the unwanted attention or not...
and always check u got leave anything behind or not...
especially when u dun use lockers like me...
very easy to lose things becos no one is looking...
the other time i forget to take my lotion...
becos i put below the bench then the bench leg block...
i never see, go swim come back take bag forget abt it...
last but not least, expect some weird things...
and never bend down to pick up the soap...

i think i tore it off too soon...
becos its supposed to be pink...
but got some place is red...
but its okie, i will cover myself...
wun swim until tuesday anyway...
so got enough time to recover...
yesterday i was on a fast food frenzy...
so long never eat fast food becos of my cough...
then eat so much until wan to vomit...
afternoon eat 3 extra value meals with takumi...
i at first thought easy la, sure no problem...
since we finished the burgers so fast...
but the real killer is the fries...
how do u finish the fries stacked like mountain...
then still got the free 9 piece nuggets...
quite alright la, can finish and feeling full...
afterwards supposed to go orchard...
then eat a bit of dinner but not finishing it go liao...
becos the lunch still haben digest fully...
go down orchard see lingling eat snake...
then go bk for sano n takumi to eat...
at first i dun wan to eat one...
but the stupid promotion...
first time see whopper meal so cheap nia...
so i oso go and get one loh...
next time they should put some warning...

then down there veri jialat...
bloody forcing the food to go down...
feels exactly the same way when i have a cough...
the throat starts to feel so small...

Ju-on 2 : The Curse sorry ar, i used the wrong poster, this poster is supposed to be ju-on 2 : the grudge, and not the curse, but i cannot find that poster becos the show not enough nice gers around... no megumi okina, no misaki ito... onli got takako fuji (she is the kayako tt ghost)... anyway i have problems figuring out the 4 ju-on movies... the titles very confusing, becos its not ju-on 1, 2, 3, 4... then duno which is sequel which is prequel... but then again, u can watch it in any order u like, becos everything is not related except for the house, kayako, and toshio, the rest of the cast are just there to die only... i like the way they present the characters and their deaths... lol, name and scene and death, nice and simple... with the exception of rika in ju-on the grudge where she didnt die in her scene, she died in somebody else's scene... but the real star is really takako fuji, she moves like a tortoise yet is stronger than one, becos she onli uses her arms to move around and not her legs, stair-climbing is her forte and her bones are made of rickety wood like that, everytime she moves always got the eek eeek eek sound... she is gd at contorting her body too... and she looks kinda sexy in her costume... :D 89.4GB remaining...
